At our Coventry site, each learning space reflects the strength, resilience and heritage of the local community.
Named in recognition of individuals and values significant to Coventry, our rooms are intentionally designed to represent stability, renewal and safety. Together, they create an environment where learners feel grounded, supported and understood.
Aligned with our wider Empowering Futures philosophy, the Coventry provision focuses on:
Through structured support and personalised pathways, learners are given the stability they need to progress with confidence.
Davies Room — Earth | Legacy & Foundation
Named in recognition of Coventry figures who have shaped the local community, the Davies Room represents strength, structure and stability.
Rooted in the element of Earth, this space provides a secure and grounded learning environment for secondary learners. It focuses on building routine, resilience and progression, ensuring learners feel anchored and supported as they develop independence and prepare for their next steps.
Davies embodies the belief that strong futures are built on solid foundations.
Rose Room — Water | Growth & Renewal
The Rose Room symbolises care, renewal and growth. Inspired by Coventry’s community heritage, this space reflects the nurturing side of education — where learners are supported to rebuild confidence and develop emotionally as well as academically.
Aligned with the element of Water, the Rose Room promotes adaptability, emotional literacy and personal growth, recognising that development is not linear — it flows and evolves over time.
This space encourages learners to flourish in their own way and at their own pace.
Haven Room — Air | Safety & Regulation
The Haven Room is a dedicated safe and supportive space for learners requiring additional emotional or sensory support.
Aligned with the element of Air in its calmest form, Haven represents space, breath and clarity. It is designed to provide regulation, reassurance and personalised support — particularly for one-to-one provision and SEND learners.
Haven embodies our commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and creating environments where every learner feels secure enough to engage, grow and thrive.

The Coventry site operates as our principal and strategic hub, delivering the full suite of Empowering Futures programmes and acting as the centre for curriculum oversight, quality assurance and professional development.
Primary provision is temporarily paused at our Coventry site and is scheduled to relaunch in September 2026.
Our SEND provision is underpinned by the G.A.I.N. framework, ensuring that every learner receives the right support at the right time.
We prioritise emotional regulation, safety and trust. Learners are supported through consistent routines, sensory-informed practice and nurturing relationships that help them feel secure and ready to engage.
Once learners feel grounded, we gently re-awaken curiosity and engagement through personalised activities, flexible learning approaches and positive reinforcement tailored to individual needs.
Learners are supported to recognise their strengths and interests. Confidence is built through achievable goals, vocational tasers and meaningful success that motivates continued progress.
We support learners to take steps towards independence, progression and transition — whether into further education, supported employment or adult services — in line with EHCP outcomes.
At Empowering Futures, we use ASDAN’s wide range of programmes to support learners of all ages and abilities. Every learner completes a baseline assessment on entry so we can set realistic goals, track progress and provide the appropriate level of support.
All sessions are personalised to learner interests and embedded with Maths, English and Digital Skills, ensuring students remain aligned with their core curriculum while benefiting from vocational and personal development opportunities.
Our secondary provision supports re-engagement, skill development and preparation for adulthood through structured timetables and vocational pathways.
Learners benefit from:
