Our Childcare Academy provides learners with practical experience and knowledge of working with children in early years settings.
Learners complete:
🧸 Practical Placement (Coventry Site)
Learners attending our Coventry provision benefit from:
- Access to an onsite nursery (Eureka!)
- Supervised practical sessions
- Real experience supporting early years activities
📍 Other Sites
Learners studying childcare at other locations:
- Secure their own placements
- Receive support and guidance from staff
- Must have placements approved before starting
⚠️ Important Information
- Learners are not counted in staff ratios
- Learners are not left unsupervised
- Learners participate as trainees, not practitioners
