Empowering Futures was created from a place of love, loss, and deep purpose. The provision was founded following the passing of Rhean’s son Rome, whose short life inspired a commitment to making a meaningful difference for young people and families. Rhean later also lost Rome’s brother, Reign. Each child carries their own light, and it is their light that continues to guide Empowering Futures in everything it does — promoting hope, resilience, compassion, and belief in every learner’s potential.
