Our Sports Academy supports learners in developing skills in coaching, fitness, and football.

Learners complete:

• Focus Awards Level 2 Employability Skills (RQF) 
• Accredited CPD sports and coaching units 
• ASDAN Football Short Course

Learners:

• Plan and deliver coaching sessions 
• Lead drills and team activities 
• Develop leadership and communication skills 

All sessions are supervised and structured to reflect real coaching environments.

• Learners train as part of an educational programme 
• They are not qualified or insured to coach independently under 18 
• At 18+, learners may progress into coaching opportunities
  subject to insurance and further qualifications

• Coaching qualifications (e.g. FA pathways) 
• Fitness industry training 
• Apprenticeships in sport
