Empowering Futures is a structured Alternative Provision and vocational training provider operating from two approved sites:
- WEETC, Coventry
- Evolve Centre, Digbeth, Birmingham
We support young people and adults through accredited programmes, personalised pathways and our impact-led G.A.I.N. Framework™.
Our delivery combines emotional regulation, vocational opportunity and clear progression planning — ensuring every learner is supported to stabilise, engage and move forward with purpose.

Birmingham — The Full Elemental Journey
Our Birmingham provision delivers the complete four-element pathway:
- Earth (Rome Room) — Foundation and stability
- Fire (Sunna Room) — Confidence and motivation
- Air (Storm Room) — Energy and activation
- Water (Reign Room) — Navigation and progression
Birmingham specialises in vocational delivery, including Beauty, Nails, Fitness, Teacher Training and accredited adult programmes within industry-focused environments.
Coventry — Legacy, Growth & Sanctuary
Our Coventry provision reflects the elements most essential for regulation and stability:
- Davies Room — Foundation and legacy
- Rose Room — Growth and renewal
- Haven Room — Safety, regulation and personalised support
Coventry operates as our principal Alternative Provision hub, delivering SEND-inclusive pathways, secondary provision and post-16 programmes.
Primary provision is temporarily paused and scheduled to relaunch in September 2026.

Empowering Futures delivers accredited and recognised qualifications through:
- ASDAN (Short Courses, LifeSkills Challenges, Personal Progress and more)
- Focus Awards vocational qualifications
- CPD-accredited programmes
- Employability and personal development pathways
All learners complete baseline assessment on entry. Delivery is personalised and embedded with Maths, English and Digital Skills to ensure academic alignment alongside vocational development.
Programmes can be delivered classroom-based, online or blended.
