Empowering Futures is pleased to announce the launch of a brand-new specialist Nail and Beauty provision at Earlsdon, based at Argyle House.

This new academy will extend our high-quality vocational offer, providing an engaging, practical, and nurturing learning environment for young people who benefit from an alternative, hands-on approach to education.

Learners will access dedicated Nail and Beauty pathways, including:

• Nail Technology
   
• Beauty Therapy
   
• Skincare and Facials
   
• Client Consultation and Professional Practice
   
• Salon Skills, Hygiene, and Industry Standards
   

Programmes are designed for:

• Alternative Provision learners
   
• SEND and SEMH learners
   
• Young people disengaged from mainstream education
   
• Learners exploring vocational tasters and progression pathways
   

Delivery will be small-group and personalised, with a strong focus on confidence, wellbeing, employability, and progression into further study, apprenticeships, or industry routes.

The Earlsdon site will include:
